1. What currency are the prices displayed on the website?

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (United Kingdom Pound (£) ).

2. Can I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. What are dried leaves?

Dried leaves are a natural and organic resource that can be used in gardening, landscaping, and other applications. They are often shredded and used as mulch to retain soil moisture, suppress weeds, and add nutrients to the soil. Our dried leaves are carefully sourced and processed to meet your needs.

4. I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing before shipping. Average shipping times are 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be provided within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct address within 24 hours. You can also notify us at [email protected].

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. On average, delivery takes 7-14 business days. International shipping may take longer due to customs processing. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

8. Do you offer wholesale purchases?

Yes, we welcome wholesale buyers. Please note that wholesale orders may require additional production time to prepare your products. This will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
